Total Compliance Requirement The examining physician shall not deviate from said guides or any alternative thereto except as may be specifically provided for in the guides or modifications to the guides or except as may be specifically provided for in any alternative or modifications thereto, adopted by the Administrator of the Workers' Compensation Court as provided for in Section 201.1 of this title. Throughout the Guides, the examining physician is given the opportunity to adjust the impairment rating based on the extent of any ADL deficits.
